ALL HANDS IN THE APPLE BASKET

The Internet knows how to keep it 100% real when it comes to proliferating content without permission, and the online response to the launch of Apple Music and worldwide radio station Beats 1 was no different.

For starters, if you missed the actual station launch due to slacking off on that iOS update or suffering slow download speeds while everyone rushed to do theirs, no worries. SoundCloud has long been the new cassette tape, and a conveniently ripped clip of Zane Lowe's energetic first breaks is right there for all to hear on demand.

And in an even more ironic twist, there's a new Spotify playlist that is keeping track of all the music Beats 1 and their worldly curators are playing. Created by user Peter Bowles, the list features all the great new stuff we heard yesterday from artists like Beck, Bully, Leon Bridges, Gallant and Disclosure—including the kickoff song from Manchester baby band Spring King, "City," 106 tracks in all. How about that...?
