SPOTIFY'S SHADY GREENS

Just weeks before major competition enters the landscape Spotify is keeping things minty fresh, tweaking the color of their logo ever so slightly from a lime green to a brightened up spearmint color. It took the Internet about three seconds to notice, and the whining began almost immediately in the form of #50shadesofgreen on Twitter.  

"Some of you might have noticed a slightly new green in the Spotify app since the last update," wrote the company design team on a detailed post via Facebook, "We're excited to finally see this rolling out as part of our bigger brand refresh we introduced earlier this year at SXSW."
