The world criticized TIDAL and told them to come up with some decent exclusives to justify their price point, and the streaming service is answering that challenge.
Fresh off Jay Z's B-Sides show for subscribers in NYC over the weekend—where he fired off shots via a freestyle about the constant shade TIDAL is getting—comes another exclusive from Nicki Minaj and Beyoncé.
The video for "Feeling Myself": oh boy, this new clip is FIRE, and word about it has everybody on social media without a TIDAL subscription feeling cold busted, with the crying-face sad emojis flooding timelines.
Featuring a collabo that's long been on Minaj's The Pinkprint, the new visual is a nonstop stream of sexy, extra-fly scenarios showing the two ladies (and obvious homegirls) having the maximum amount of fun possible—at this year's Coachella, no less, an event already known for being turnt up.
It's probably the first thing we've actually seen that really has people scrambling about not having subscription access, which is, of course, the point.
To truly drive business, however, they might want to handle those Periscope and Pirated broadcasts, the latest Internet hustle hacks around signing up today. Just sayin'.
