Hailing gold album sales and quadruple-platinum single sales by artist Hozier, members of Team Columbia gather backstage before the artist's sold-out Hammerstein Ballroom show for a jolly photo op. Later, to celebrate the Irish troubadour's feat, label chief Rob Stringer challenged EVP/GM Joel Klaiman to a Guinness-drinking contest.
