In an extremely savvy use of lifestyle alignment and in-app integrations, Beluga Heights/Warner Bros.' Jason Derulo has teamed up with the dating app Tinder to debut his new video for “Want To Want Me.”
After he shows up as a potential booty call on their Tinder feed, users can “swipe right” for an instant “Match” with Derulo, who messages back with a link to YouTube.
Derulo recently made history at FM radio with the biggest pop launch ever for “Want To Want Me,” earning 156 adds--besting format heavies Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Madonna, Katy Perry and Justin Timberlake. “I still can’t believe this ride. I couldn’t walk two years ago and now I am breaking records,” said Derulo.
Derulo takes the stage on Sunday, 3/29, for a performance at the iHeart Radio Music Awards in Los Angeles.
