Song of the Year nominee Hozier hits #11 on SPS thanks to his still-smokin' single, "Take Me to Church."

UPDATE: LAST CHART ATTACK BEFORE THE GRAMMYS

1989 Is Back at #1 on Our Album, SPS Countdowns

Taylor Swift re-takes the #1 spots on this week's HITS Building Album Sales Chart (which has now finished building) and SPS (Sales Plus Streaming) Chart 14 weeks after the release of 1989. Tay moves about 71k, while single sales (and streaming, of course) bring her up near the 100k mark on SPS.

Meanwhile, Capitol's Sam Smith zips up #12-4 with 40k (+52%) ahead of Grammy weekend; on SPS he's up over 68k.

The highest-charting debut belongs to Motown, as Ne-Yo bows at #3 on the album side with just about 100 units less than Epic's Meghan Trainor, who hit #2 this week with 43k (68k SPS, thanks to ongoing single sales).

As for the other bows, Bethel’s Bethel Music appears at #8 with 29k and 117R’s Papa Roach is #10 with 25k, while RCA’s Charlie Wilson follows just behind at #11 with 24k.

Columbia’s buzzing singer-songwriter, George Ezra, rounds out the Top 15 with 16k for his breakout full-length, Wanted on Voyage.

Song of the Year nominee Hozier hits #11 on SPS thanks to his still-smokin' single, "Take Me to Church."

The biggest gainer between sales and SPS is RCA’s Mark Ronson, who enjoys a #39-7 difference thanks to the success of the infectious, Bruno Mars-infused smash “Uptown Funk.”

Streeting this week is Now 53 through Legacy, along with albums from SYCO/Epic’s Fifth Harmony (who popped up to #1 at iTunes this morning) RCA’s Kid Ink and Verve’s Diana Krall.
