Primary Wave Blue Williams

ARE THEY BLUE? Primary Wave Music has formed a joint venture with veteran music exec Blue Williams, ex-manager of Outkast, for the acts on his Family Tree roster, including Big Sean, Khalil, Cody Simpson, Nick Cannon and Case. Williams has developed such artists as Macy Gray, Jagged Edge, Monica, YoungBloodz and Donell Jones. Which should make PW principals Larry Mestel and Devin Lasker plenty of green. (2/10p)
