"We Are the World 25" tops iTunes charts

"WORLD" MUISIC: The new version of “We Are the World” has topped the iTunes singles and videos charts since debuting Friday night, to the surprise of absolutely no one. The track, listed as “We Are the World 25 for Haiti” by Artists for Haiti, features turns from Justin Bieber, Jennifer Hudson, Fergie, will.i.am, Wyclef Jean, Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland, Josh Groban, Tony Bennett, Barbra Streisand, Pink, Carlos Santana, Jamie Foxx (who busts out his Ray Charles impression), Gladys Knight, Natalie Cole, Adam Levine from Maroon 5 and, yes, Michael Jackson, with sister Janet. You can get the bundled track and video $2.99, and every bit of the money goes to Haiti. The official site is www.world25.org. (2/15a)
