USHER GETS RANDIED: After several years of conflict with his manager/mom Jonnetta Patton, and stints with both Tommy Mottola and Benny Medina, the pop/R&B superstar has reportedly hired none other than AEG Live’s Randy Phillips, whose management track record has been nothing short of embarrassing. Word is that Usher's inner circle is already fed up with getting Randied, as his much-delayed new LaFace/JLG album, Raymond vs. Raymond, is set to street March 30. (2/18p)
