YOU’VE GOT TO FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT: Leading music business attorney Jay Cooper, speaking in L.A. at a Beverly Hills Bar seminar on the Performance Rights Act, insists passage of the bill would generate $100 million in revenue for labels and artists from overseas airplay alone, urging artists to get active in the fight.
