Sirius XM in Danger of Delisting

SIRIUS XM TROUBLE: Sirius XM Radio is being threatened with delisting by Nasdaq, receiving a warning letter from the organization after being valued at less than a $1 for 30 days. This is the second notice since last fall, even though the company just reported a profitable quarter and subscriber gains. "We are committed to remaining listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market," insisted CEO Mel Karmazin. At the close of trading last Friday, Sirius was trading at roughly 83 cents. (3/22a)
