EMI-Citigroup Court Date Set

SET YOUR CALENDAR: After Terra Firma won the right to try their case against Citigroup in New York rather than the U.K., the U.S. court has set a provisional date of Oct. 18 for the trial. Citigroup said it was disappointed, but a spokesman added: “We look forward to defending ourselves in this case, which we believe is entirely without merit.” Meanwhile, members of Lady Antebellum argued for the case to be heard in Nashville.
