RE-BICYCLING NIN: L.A.-based music publishing company Bicycle Music has acquired the rights to original TVT master recordings of such artists as Nine Inch Nails and Gravity Kills. The 700 masters, equal to about 80 albums, were originally acquired by Prudential Securities Credit Corp. after a legal battle with the label. Among the copyrights in the deal are all the Nine Inch Nails albums from its debut Pretty Hate Machine through Year Zero, albums by the Connells, the Television’s Greatest Hits library of TV theme songs and selected nasty voice mail messages left by Steve Gottlieb. Bicycle has already announced they will re-release Pretty Hate Machine, which has been out of print and unavailable digitally for several years. (4/7p)
