YOU’VE GOT A LOT OF NERVE: In a new interview, Joni Mitchell comes off like the kind of girl who might’ve inspired Bob Dylan to write “Positively 4th Street.” “Bob is not authentic at all,” Joni told Matt Diehl. “He’s a plagiarist, and his name and voice are fake. Everything about Bob is a deception. We are like night and day, he and I.” Her response came during an L.A. Times story on Mitchell impersonator  John Kelly, whose one-man tribute, Paved Paradise, is now playing at L.A.'s Renberg Theater. (4/23a)
