Today’s the day UMe reissues the Stones’ certified masterpiece Exile on Main Street in tiered configurations from basic to over the top—but every version has 10 previously unissued cuts (counting alternate takes). Audiophiles are particularly delighted in that many of the pressings of the previous issue of the album were deemed subpar—a particularly egregious screw-up considering the density of the mixes.
