THE BOOK ON BIEBER: There was Justin Bieber the YouTube star, the pop icon, the comic actor on SNL and now it’s Justin Bieber the author. HarperCollins will publish the 16-year-old’s official illustrated memoir, First Step 2 Forever: My Story, a behind-the-scenes glimpse at his rise, slated for publication in the U.S. and U.K. this Oct. "I'm excited to share just a little bit more of my world with my fans through this book," he says. "I think this is going to be something they can all enjoy."
