SELLING THE VMAs: Last night's robust ratings led to immediate and sizable sales spikes at the  iTunes Store. The primary beneficiaries of all those eyeballs included Florence + the Machine's "Dog Days Are Over" and the Best Rock Video winner "Kings and Queens" from Thirty Seconds to Mars. (9/13p)
