Evan Bogart to launch TV show

WE KIDD YOU NOT: In other televized-music-contest news, songwriter-for-hire Evan “Kidd” Bogart, the son of legendary Casablanca Records founder Neil Bogart, has a new TV show Hitmakers, premiering on Bravo in January. The series, which Bogart developed, produced and stars in, is being described as “the search for the next great American songwriter.” Bogart will be playing the Simon Cowell role on the show.
