CLARK LIGHTS FUSE: Joost.com and MTV veteran David Clark has been named EVP/GM of Fuse. Clark had been serving as acting GM since June, when he replaced Gavin Harvey. He was previously EVP Sales for MSG Media, and will continue to report to that company’s President, Michael Bair. Clark’s duties will include the network’s direction and growth strategy as well as overseeing all of the its day-to-day business operations, including programming, production, marketing and ad sales. He also plays tambourine in JD and the Straight Shot. (9/16p)
