BOYLING OVER: She’s The Gift that keeps on giving. Susan Boyle’s new album of the same name, which comes out Nov. 9 on Columbia, went up for pre-orders on Amazon.com yesterday and is already #1, ahead of labelmate Bob Dylan’s Witmark Demos, the latest installment of his ongoing bootleg series. The follow-up to Boyle’s debut, I Dreamed a Dream, which has sold more than 9 million copies worldwide since its release last November, includes holiday standards like “O Holy Night” and “Do You Hear What I Hear” along with covers of Lou Reed’s “Perfect Day,” Crowded House’s “Don’t Dream It’s Over” and Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.” (9/22p)
