PAGE SIX ITEM OF THE DAY: Katy Perry and Russell Brand are secretly planning to fly 85 guests to their exotic wedding at the end of the month, sources tell the mother of all gossip columns. The singer and the comic are plotting to fly their closest family and friends to a location believed to be in India in the next few weeks for the celebration. A source said, "The wedding will be themed, with guests asked to all wear the same color. The only problem is, nobody yet knows what color."
