WEST COMES WEST: After hosting VIP premieres of Runaway, his short film and visual accompaniment to the new album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, in London, Tokyo and Sydney, Kanye West visits L.A. tonight and N.Y. later this week for promo stops. Runaway will make its TV and online premiere Saturday (10/23) at 8 p.m. with a simultaneous broadcast on MTV, BET and MTV2 as well as live streams on MTV.com, BET.com and VH1.com. Immediately following the film, Kanye will take part in a live Q&A session from MTV headquarters in Times Square. “Runaway” (featuring Pusha T) is also the title of the lead track from Kanye’s new album, in stores Nov. 22 on Roc-a-Fella/Def Jam Recordings.
