SMOKIN’ POTTER: VH1 has tapped Hollywood Records’ Grace Potter & the Nocturnals as its next “You Oughta Know” artist, joining Bruno Mars and Mumford & Sons. The franchise has helped propel the careers of Amy Winehouse, Corinne Bailey Rae, Feist and Duffy, among others. VH1 will begin spotlighting the band with exclusive interview footage, videos, live footage from various shows around the country, posting tour dates, photos and more beginning Nov. 8. PBS’ Live from the Artists Den will world premiere the band’s new video, “Paris (Ooh La La),” today (10/27), from a special performance this past summer in N.Y.C.’s Bryant Park today, embedded below for your viewing pleasure.
