Chrysalis sale finalized today

MAKING A DIFFERENCE: In a somewhat less dramatic takeover than the one that went down earlier in the week (see below), Chrysalis becomes the latest acquisition of BMG Rights Management, as the $169 million deal is finalized today. On Thursday, according to a Chrysalis insider, Kenny Mac gathered the staff to tell them that they’ve made “an indelible stamp on the culture and history of the company.” (2/4a)
