Oscars to TiVo
SET YOUR TIVOS: Yes, boys and girls, it’s Oscar Sunday, and no, the telecast will not be delayed on the West Coast, unlike the Grammys. Program it on ABC starting at 5, and don’t forget to add at least an extra 30 minutes on the stop time. Disney also has the strongest alternative programming on Sunday night, as ESPN comes with an NBA double-header starting with the compelling matchup of Melo’s Knicks at LeBron’s Heat at 5, followed by the Hawks and Blazers, both transformed at trade deadline, in the 7:30 pairing. Lakers fans have no Oscar conflict, playing the Thunder (with new addition Kendrick Perkins still nursing an injury) in Oklahoma City at 11:30 a.m. PST. Enjoy. (2/25a)
