THE VOICE SPEAKS: Mark Burnett's new singing competition show, The Voice, has named Christina Aguilera to its panel of three judges (insert gratuitous drunk comment here), which also includes Cee Lo Green and Maroon 5's Adam Levine. The show premieres on NBC, Tuesday night, April 26. It's hosted by Carson Daly. (3/2p)
