It’s none other than veteran spin doctor and PR scion Larry Solters, who is now Mr. Tiger Blood’s media advisor after the exit of longtime flack Stan Rosenfield. Solters, of course, learned everything he knows about handling celeb types from his father, the late, legendary Lee Solters.
