Summer Concerts

SUMMER CONCERTS HEAT UP: Muse, Phish, Arcade Fire, the Black Keys, MGMT, The Decemberists, Erykah Badu, Deadmau5, Girl Talk, John Fogerty and Mavis Staples are among the headliners for San Francisco’s Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival, set for the city’s historic Golden Gate Park, August 12-14. Tickets go on sale for the production of Another Planet Entertainment, Superfly Presents and Starr Hill Presents, in a partnership with the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, this Thursday at 12 noon PST at www.SFOutsidelands.com. A significant portion of every ticket sold will directly benefit the city's Recreation and Park Department. A regular three-day ticket goes for $199.50, with VIP ducats at $450, while three-day parking goes for $140. Meanwhile, Alice In Chains, Evanescence, Sum 41 and Five Finger Death Punch will hedline the third Annual MTS Rock on the Range Canada, Saturday, August 20, at Canad Inns Stadium in Winnipeg, Manitoba Presented by Right Arm Entertainment, Inc. and True North Sports & Entertainment Limited, the concert will include 14 bands on two stages. Tickets go on sale Friday (4/15) at 10 am CST at all Ticketmaster.ca outlets. A limited number of “Early Bird Special” tickets will be available for only $29.
