YouTube Gets Original

YOUTUBULAR: BTIG stock analyst Rich Greenfield took time out from bashing the current Warner Music Group auction to show how YouTube is increasingly showcasing “higher quality, professional video content.” Greenfield cites a pair of examples in an animated LeBron James cartoon series, The LeBrons, and a Steve Bing-produced 79-minute feature from his Shangri-La Entertainment, Girl Walks in a Bar, starring Carla Gugino, Josh Hartnett, Danny DeVito, Rosario Dawson and Emmanuelle Chriqui. Both sport major sponsorship, including HP, Intel, Nike, Bing and Sprite for the former and Lexus the latter. See the two embedded below. (4/11p)
