JULIETTE OF THE SPIRITS: See, there is life after HITS magazine. One-time toiler in this cesspool, Juliette Jones, has been tapped to be the new SVP Urban Promotion at Warner Bros. Records. Jones was previously VP Urban Promotion for J/RCA Records and will report to Joie Manda, while remaining based in New York. No replacement for her at J/RCA has yet been named. (4/12p)
