Sheen Still "Winning"

SHEEN’S STILL “WINNING”: Now that his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour has come to an end, Charlie Sheen’s next project is a rap-rock single, “Winning,” with lyrics by Snoop Dogg and music by frequent collaborator Rob Patterson, now a guitarist in Filter after a stint with Korn. The song bows on iTunes tomorrow, with proceeds going to “Torpedoes Against Tornados,” the foundation Sheen set up for victims of the tornadoes in the South. The single comes out on industry veteran Rob Christie's indie Robo Records. (5/10p)
