GET ON APPLE'S CLOUD: Universal Music Group has joined Sony, WMG and EMI in pacting with Apple for Monday's expected launch of its new iCloud service at the company's Worldwide Developers Conference. UMG was the last holdout for full clearance. Both Google and Amazon went ahead and launched their respective Cloud services without label approval. Sources say the split for iCloud will be the same as it is for iTunes: 70/30 between labels and Apple, with 12% of that 70 going to music publishers. (6/2p)
