Country Singer's Airline Video

VIRAL VIDEO OF THE DAY: When veteran alternative country singer-songwriter Dale Watson lost a box of CDs aboard his budget Tiger Airways flight en route from Melbourne to Sydney, Australia, even after paying a $500 excess baggage fee, he didn’t just complain, he got even. The veteran Austin, TX-based performer, one of Willie Nelson's personal favorites, went viral with his gripe in a video, “We Don’t Careways,” about the experience, like a regular Larry Davis. Check it out below. Soon after the song was posted online, the airline refunded him the $500 fee and gave him $2,000 compensation for the wholesale cost of the CDs. (7/26a)
