HIGH FIVE: With “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)” hitting #1 on the bible’s Hot 100 this week, Katy Perry becomes the second artist in the 53-year-history of the chart to produce five chart-topping singles off the same album. She ties Michael Jackson, who did it with "I Just Can't Stop Loving You," the title track, "The Way You Make Me Feel," "Man in the Mirror" and, "Dirty Diana," all from Bad in 1987-88. As the EMI press release points out, Perry is the first female, and only living artist, to accomplish this feat. Kudos to Angelica Cob-Baehler, Greg Thompson and Chris Anokute, who played key roles at various stages of this milestone project. (8/17a)
