Return of Metal Shop

SHOP TILL THEY DROP: As WYSP Philadelphia gets ready to say goodbye to "The Rock You Grew Up With" and switches to a simulcast of Sports WIP, the station will give it listeners a treat in the form of a Metal Shop Reunion. Hosts Mark "King of Dirt" DiDia and "Mean” Ed Green will take to the airwaves one more time to honor the station and also mark the 25th Anniversary of the mighty Metal Shop. The four-hour event is slated for Saturday (8/27) from 8 p.m. to midnight. Expect at least three and a half of those hours to be devoted to the music of Ronnie James Dio. (8/23p)
