HEAVEN CAN’T WAIT: Rising Big Machine country star Brantley Gilbert is poised to debut #4 on this week’s HITS Album Sales chart with the deluxe re-release of his 2010 indie effort, Halfway to Heaven, with an estimated 50k first week. Big Machine’s Scott Borchetta helmed A&R and Artist Development for the project, with Hard8’s Rich Egan on the management side experiencing his first Nashville success. Gilbert is selling out venues everywhere and about to crack the Country Top 10 with his single, “Country Must Be Countrywide." He also recently nabbed an ACM Song of the Year nomination for penning Jason Aldean’s “Dirt Road Anthem,” his second #1 of the year for Aldean after “My Kinda Party.” Hard 8 is a joint venture between Jordan Feldstein's Career Artist Management and Egan.
