Phillips to be called by defense

THE WHOLE TRUTH: AEG Live chief Randy Phillips is scheduled to be among the first witnesses to take the stand as the defense gets set to present its case in the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray. The defendant’s lawyers have argued that Jackson was pressured by Phillips to show up healthy and on time for rehearsals or else the run of London dates might be canceled. The defense team plans to call about 15 witnesses, including three medical experts, a police officer and several of Murray's patients from his clinics in Las Vegas, Nevada and Houston, as the trial enters what could be its final week.
