Huge week for online sales

CYBERMANIA: For the holiday season-to-date, $18.7 billion has been spent online, a 15% jump over the corresponding days last year, comScore reported. Three days in the week just ended surpassed $1 billion, led by Cyber Monday, which became the heaviest online spending day on record at $1.25 billion. Tuesday (11/29) reached $1.12 billion, while Wednesday reached $1.03 billion. These currently rank as three of the four heaviest online spending days in history, along with Cyber Monday 2010.
