Watching the Throne Rise

THE THRONE IS THEIRS: Almost four months after Watch the Throne bowed at #1 on the HITS Album sales chart, the collab between Jay-Z and Kanye West nabbed its first Top 10 single with "Ni**as in Paris" after the duo performed it on the 16th annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, broadcast last week on CBS. The album's previous singles, “H*A*M,” “Otis” and “Who Gon Stop Me,” failed to go higher than #12. The album has sold 1.1 million copies to date. That gives Jay-Z 18 Top 10 singles, passing Lil Wayne and Ludacris, both with 17, for the most among rappers. It’s West’s 14th Top 10 single. (12/7p)
