SELLING ENGLAND BY THE POUND: Ex-Zomba ruler Clive Calder is the richest music industry individual in the U.K., with an estimated net worth of 1.35 billion, according to a list published in the  London Sunday Times over the weekend. Here’s the rest of the tally: Sir Cameron Mackintosh (725 million), Sir Paul McCartney (665 million), Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber (590 million), U2 (519 million [combined]), Simon Fuller (375 million), Simon Cowell (225 million), Sir Elton John (220 million), Michael Flatley (192 million) and tied for tenth, David and Victoria Beckham, Sir Mick Jagger and Spotify’s Daniel Ek at 190 million apiece.
