Jampol Adds Mancini

MANCINI TRUSTS JAMPOL: The Henry Mancini Trust is the latest addition to Jeff Jampol’s Jampol Artist Management, Inc., which will manage the award-winning film and TV composer’s groundbreaking catalog worldwide. Mancini’s works include “The Pink Panther Theme,” “Moon River,” “Baby Elephant Walk” and the theme to the Peter Gunn TV series. The Mancini magic has generated four Oscars and 18 nominations; 20 Grammys and 72 nominations; one Golden Globe and nine nominations; two Emmys and a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, along with induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He died of pancreatic cancer in 1994. JAM’s roster includes The Doors and the estates of Jim Morrison, Otis Redding and Janis Joplin, among others. (6/21p)
