RedOne Joins Cash Money

RED ONE ON THE MONEY: Multi-Grammy-winning Morocco-born producer/songwriter/ musician RedOne (Nadir Khayat), who has scored hit records with Lady Gaga, Akon, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, Nicki Minaj, Far East Movement, Havana Brown and Usher, among others, will bring his UMG International 2101 Records label to Ronald “Slim” and Bryan “Baby” Williams’ Cash Money Records to launch two new acts in Swedish-Congolese Afropop singer/songwriter Mohombi and L.A.-based sibling pop-punk trio TalkBack. “I have always been impressed with the way Slim and Baby do business,” said RedOne. “Their determination to build their artists’ careers from the ground to superstardom shows their sheer commitment.
