"Gangnam Style" Dance Craze Hits Web

VIRAL VIDEO OF THE DAY 2: Psy is a South Korean rapper whose over-the-top “Gangnam Style” video is taking the Internet by storm, now up to 47 million views and counting, the hottest dance craze this side of the Macarena. It's now #1 on the iTunes U.S. music video chart. The clip was played at Dodger Stadium earlier this week, with the crowd responding in kind, then going crazy when Psy himself was shown in the audience sitting next to none other than Justin Bieber manager Scooter Braun. That video, up less than two days, is already up to 1.8 million. Chatter is that Monte Lipman and Republic are hot on the heels of the viral video star, flooding their Twitter followers with the clip. (8/22p)
