Kanye's Cruel Summer MIA at Apple

THE END OF SUMMER: Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music compilation, Cruel Summer, which was released today, mysteriously disappeared from Apple’s iTunes this morning, even though the single, “Clique," remains ensconced in the Top 10. Word is that perfectionist Kanye wanted to swap the master to replace some of the songs, and that iTunes is hoping to get the album back up by the end of the day. Meanwhile, the release remains available on Amazon MP3 which, according to one insider, “moves like molasses” and had yet to make the switch-out. (9/18p)
