AEG on the Block?

AEG FOR SALE? Is the Anschutz Corp. considering selling Anschutz Entertainment Group, its giant sports-and-entertainment subsidiary whose properties include Brooklyn's Barclays Center, the L.A. Kings and the Coachella Music Festival? That's what the Wall Street Journal is saying, according to inside sources, who claim the deliberations remain preliminary and closely held. Anschutz may not ultimately pursue a sale, which could be worth several billion dollars. The company has been in the news with its ongoing lawsuits involving the late Michael Jackson's ill-fated This Is It concerts in London. (9/18p)
