Mann Among Men at Fair Fest

THEY DID IT THEIR WAY: Ron Fair’s Brentwood home was the scene of a Lincoln-sponsored launch event for Faircraft/Republic artist Chris Mann, one of the stars from last season’s hit NBC show, The Voice. Mann’s the first artist signed to the new imprint headed up by veteran A&R exec Fair, who executive produced his debut album, Roads. Among the highlights is a cover of Paul Anka’s “My Way,” which the legendary songwriter reworked specifically for Chris. Pictured before everyone jumped into the Jacuzzi, effectively short-circuiting their iPhones and Blackberries, are (l-r): Live Nation/Front Line Chairman/CEO Irving Azoff, Fair, Anka, Mann and Republic President/CEO Monte Lipman.
