Pandora sues ASCAP

PERFORMANCE RIGHT OR WRONG: Fighting for its life Pandora filed a lawsuit yesterday against ASCAP, asking a federal court in New York to set “reasonable” license fees from the PRO through 2015, Bloomberg reports. ASCAP and Pandora had an “experimental” license agreement” from 2005 until 2010 that the online radio service now says was “was ill-suited and not reasonable.” (11/6a)
