KROQ GETS THE SHAKES: The Alabama Shakes' "Hold On"--recently nominated for a Best Rock Performance Grammy, to go with the band's Best New Artist and Best Album Package nods--has been added at L.A. PoMo stalwart KROQ. Some of you will note that the song was the ATO band's original lead single from early 2012, but Grammy heat helped fuel a re-add. That's a lot of good news for powerhouse lead vocalist Brittany Howard, perhaps even enough to offset being mugged at gunpoint in Nashville yesterday, as MTV.com reports. An experience like that could give a body the Tennessee shakes, but we're glad she's OK and look forward to seeing the band rock the Grammys. (12/19p)
