RZA goes to RED

A SMOKIN' NEW RELEASE: The RZA and staffers from his new RED-distributed imprint, Soul Temple, stopped by the distribbery's NYC HQ to preview tunes from the forthcoming album 12 Reasons To Die by Ghostface Killah and Adrian Younge, due out March 19. "Before you listen to these tracks," RZA noted, "I recommend enjoying some of this special herbal incense, which, in addition to enhancing the sonic elements, will cause a decided expansion of the conceptual shambolic matrix." The noted artist-composer-entrepreneur then transformed into a unicorn made entirely of light and ran upside down across the ceiling, according to several eyewitnesses. Seen not inhaling are the label's Gustavo Guerra, Zak Shelby-Szyszko, Soul Temple GM Bob Perry, 9th Prince and co -founder Bob Frank , Adrian Younge, The RZA, RED’s EVP Artist & Media Development Wendy Washington and President Bob Morelli.
