TIM INRESIDENCE: Industry vet Tim Reid has been appointed VP of Product Management, Urban, at INresidence, the artist services division of INgrooves Fontana, by SVP Bryan Mead. Reid previously ran his own marketing company, Pro Franchise Group, which he launched in 2009, working with artists like Jill Scott and Common. He spent a decade as VP Marketing at Interscope Geffen A&M, fostering the careers of Snoop Dogg, The Roots, Mos Def, Avant and Akon’s Konlive imprint. He originally joined pioneering hip-hop label Priority Records in 1995, working with Ice Cube, Westside Connection, Master P and his No Limit label, as well as Jay-Z on his debut album, Reasonable Doubt.
